Tofu Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients:

100gm Tofu

broccoli

cauliflower

red yellow orange bell peppers

carrots

10gm coarsely crushed peanuts

red chilli paste ( as per spice level)

1tsp soy sauce

1tsp tomato sauce

1tsp agave syrup

1tsp maida/ corn starch to sprinkle on tofu

10gm olive oil

sesame seeds (optional)

iceberg lettuce

garlic, ginger, chilli (finely chopped)

Instructions:

– squeeze tofu and pat dry to remove excess water, cut into small cubes, add some salt , sprinkle corn starch or maida, 5gm oil. mix it and spread on baking tray n bake to make it lil crispy. ( we can shallow fry it too, provided u have enough oil to complete ur macros)

– take the remaining 5gm oil in a pan, added the   finely chopped garlic ginger n chillies.

– then add the veggies, cook them  75% then move them to side of pan….add the chillipaste, tomato sauce, honey, soy sauce….salt and black pepper….stir the sauces and then mix in the veggies…

– as a final step add the crispy tofu.

– sprinkle spring onion greens…

– serve on lettuce
