How to manage diet during vacations?

बाहर जाऊँ तो healthy कैसे खाऊँ, क्या खाऊँ ?
If you have the same excuse/question then here are the tips from your #fittrcoach #vegetariancoach
1) Eat your protein for the day at home and save the carbs for the party. Protein will keep you satiated and prevent you from binging
2) Resort to less starchy and less oily options —
e.g. Plain Rice with Plain Dahi,
Daal Tadka instead of Daal Makhni
3) Try to maximize the protein in your order e.g. Paneer Tikka versus Paneer Butter Masala
4) Go for clear soups instead of starchy noodly ones. Go for plain roti instead of butter roti, plain rice instead of Jeera Rice
5) Go for digestive drinks like buttermilk or salt lemon soda instead of sugary sodas n milkshakes
6) Eyeball and track the food in the app even if you are off by 10-20% you and your coach would still know how much dent it created to your weekly calories
Now here is what I do
We mostly prefer going to health cafes, vegan cafes that have some theme like slow cooking, no refined sugars or flours etc… they have plenty of healthy options to offer

8) Italian Beans salad
9) Seasonal Smoothie bowls (Almond milk) with millets muesli
