Low carb, low calories fulfilling breakfast!

  • 220kcals – makes about 3/4 medium crepes
  • Black gram (soaked overnight) – 40g(raw) — 140 kcals
  • Raw papaya – 50g — 15 kcals
  • Tofu – 50g  — 72 kcals
  • Green chillies
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ginger
  • Lemon juice

Grind everything adding little water to the dosa/pancake consistency. Cook one side with lid on and enjoy with cilantro chutney!
