- 220kcals – makes about 3/4 medium crepes
- Black gram (soaked overnight) – 40g(raw) — 140 kcals
- Raw papaya – 50g — 15 kcals
- Tofu – 50g — 72 kcals
- Green chillies
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Ginger
- Lemon juice
Grind everything adding little water to the dosa/pancake consistency. Cook one side with lid on and enjoy with cilantro chutney!
