Ingredients
Rice flour 70gms
Yellow moong dal 20gms(soak for 30mins)
Chana dal 20gms(soak for 30mins)
Grated carrot, bottle gourd
Finely chopped capsicum, onions, coriander, methi leaves
Paneer 80gms
Green chilli paste n salt
Recipe
Mix all the ingredients one by one without using water try to bind them by pressing the mix. So that moist from all veggies get it binded. Let it rest for 20mins. Check n add a spoon of water if required.
Divide the dough into 4parts. Just pat one portion on a non stick pan. No greasing required.
Turn it after some time and roast it on both sides. You are done with your whole day meal.
