Humble on calories and high on anti oxidants n fibre! Cheers… you could add 50g paneer or tofu or greek yogurt to make it richer.. I always liked unflavored whey so that I can experiment with fresh seasonal fruits everyday .. you could add soaked almonds or 5/10g raisins or a pitted date if it fits in your macros.. smtimes I top it off with peanut butter to make it nutty .. possibilities are unlimited
