For all those vegetarians  who think they have not enough  options,  it’s all about  playing with whatever your macros allow you and making the best of the limited.

I added very little coconut milk too just to take away that tofu taste. And it didn’t  feel like I was eating tofu.

It is not just about a low calorie diet but an everyday change in the way we cook and eat.
