INGREDIENTS
20g soya
50g tofu
Ajwain
Salt
Red chilly powder
Kasuri methi
RECIPE
1) Take soya flour, bind it little thicker than pakoda batter by adding little salt, red chilly and ajwain to it.
2) Take tofu, cut it into pieces, roll the soya flour batter on it and air fry for 20 minutes at 160-165°.
3) Enjoy with green chutney and tea.
*You can use paneer instead of tofu.
