Multigrain flour (coarse ground pref) – 40g – I mixed raagi, semolina and chickpea flour

Coriander powder

That’s pretty much it
Throw it all in a mixing bowl – no water, no oil needed , make palm sized flat cutlets, air fry at 180C and later at 200 for crispiness!
