Crispy flavorful and having a high satiety index! In Fact I surprised myself with my otherwise miserable cooking prowess

Tofu -100g

Onions – 2 medium

Capsicum – 2

Garlic – 3-4 pods

Multigrain flour (coarse ground pref) – 40g – I mixed raagi, semolina and chickpea flour

Spices

Salt to taste

Coriander powder

Black pepper

That’s pretty much it

Throw it all in a mixing bowl – no water, no oil needed , make palm sized flat cutlets, air fry at 180C and later at 200 for crispiness!

Calories = 220 kcal

Enjoy with 100 g yogurt (as per your diet)! Add calories if using as dip
