Recipe:
- Take 40gm soya chunks and boil it and then rinse the water.
- Take 100gm tofu, boiled soya and capsicum in a bowl. Add some turmeric, lemon, salt and other some spices as per taste.
- Leave it in fridge for around one hour. It will give marinated val taste.
- Now put this in electric tandoor/air fryer or u can fry bit on nonstick pan as per your availability.
- Take 200gm veggies(i have taken cabbage, tomato, beatroot and brocalli)along with this soya tofu mix and put it in bowl and mix well with all required chat spices.
and its ready .. yummy, superb, palatable.
