Here is one of my awesome mentees … she was on prolonged hyper caloric diet before starting with me! Hence it was more of a skinny fat that she had … It was a challenge to increase her calories … since would sound counter productive to anyone who wants to shred/lean down n look better!
But she trusted me n had faith in the process, we started adding up calories but in balanced macros slowly and also worked on making long lived lifestyle changes! The moment she started serious and CONSISTENT strength training is when she saw a beautiful difference in the body definition ..
She stood firm through the peer pressure asking her to slow it down since they felt she was over doing fitness
